If a fire emergency arises, we may need to delay or reschedule your appointment based on the situation's duration. To make any changes or cancellations to your visit, please refer to the email from our booking system, Setmore. Check your inbox for the link to reschedule or cancel. If you cannot locate the email, you can send an email to Morganhcfire@Gmail.com and a member will get back to you to assist with rescheduling. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that appointment times are approximate. While we strive to arrive as scheduled, traffic, weather, and emergency calls may cause delays. We will inform you as soon as possible of any significant delays or if rescheduling is necessary.We can only visit addresses within Sayreville’s response area. If your address falls outside this area, we will reach out to inform you that your appointment needs to be canceled.Only one visit is allowed per address. If multiple visits are booked for the same address, we will contact you to confirm your preferred date. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to cancel all bookings for that address.Gifts and donations for your Santa visit should be dropped off at 1 Old Spy Road, South Amboy, NJ, across the street from Morgan Bluffs, between 6 PM and 9 PM the night before your scheduled appointment.Please ensure that gifts are wrapped and labeled with the child(ren)'s names and address before drop-off.
